The size of Yellow Boxes provides maximum protection to reduce

Wooden construction reduces risk of mold and mildew. Contents
can breathe while in climate controlled facility.
Climate Controlled Storage Facility.
Maintained between 50 & 80 degrees. Yellow Boxes are stored in
a safe, secure, dry, climate controlled facility maintained between
50-80 degrees by heat and air-conditioning. Not all storage facilities
are equipped with climate control or will provide temperatures
they will maintain.
Facility equipped with Video Surveillance.
The StoreRoom's facility is monitored 24-hour by video surveillance.
Facility Equipped with Sprinkler System
Additional protection in case of a fire. Not all storage facilities
are equipped with sprinkler systems.
Facility Equipped by 24-hour Security System
Additional security. Allows customers to take their time while
in facility and provides piece of mind there is 24 hour surveillance.
Not all storage facilities are equipped with security or video
surveillance.

The StoreRoom goes the added step and has ORKIN treat the facility
monthly. Another way The StoreRoom ensures the environment your
belongings are stored in will be the very best. Packing up items
from attics, basements, closets can stir up unwanted pests. We
have ORKIN Pest control treat and check our facility on a monthly
basis to ensure they will be no rodent/pest problems!
No Casters to secure mobile storage unit on site.
Yellow Boxes are placed on any level surface. There is no need
for additional securing, although we can level the unit when the
surface is slightly uneven.
FREE Locks!
The StoreRoom provides you with a NEW keyed lock for each Yellow
Box.
Prorated Rent
After your first 30 days of storage we pro-rate your rent. If
you are finished and already paid another month, we will credit
you back for unused days! Eliminates paying for unused days and
saves you money!
Will call & request for your Lane Blockage Permits
(LEXINGTON, KY ONLY) If your "Yellow Boxes" need to be placed
in the road in front of your property, The Storeroom will call
the city of Lexington for you and request a free lane blockage
permit. One less call you need to make.
FAYETTE COUNTY: Mobile Storage units are allowed in residential
zones for 30 days. Any longer requires approval from the local
Building Inspector (859-258-3770). Street placement requires
a FREE permit, which The StoreRoom is happy to call and apply
for - one less thing for you to do! The number for street placement
