How Does Mobile Storage Work?

1) The StoreRoom Delivers clean attractive Yellow Boxes.

• 1, 2, 3 or 4 Yellow Boxes can be delivered at one time.
• Each Yellow Box is 5' wide x 8' long x 7' high.
• 1 Yellow Box can hold 1 - 1 1/2 rooms or 500 sq. ft of household items!
• Four Yellow Boxes hold the average 2,000 sq. ft. home!
• Moved & placed conveniently on your property with our mobile forklift, placed where you want them. No need to worry about a big truck fitting in!
• Yellow Boxes are weather proof while on your property. Built with an exterior plywood construction, single hinged door opening, with a heavy-duty latch system for your lock. They sit on pressure treated skids for ground contact and are covered by vinyl covers to make weather proof. Wood construction allows belongings to breathe better in climate control compared to other types of storage boxes.
  

2) You Pack your Yellow Boxes at your leisure - no need to rush!

• Yellow Boxes are a more manageable size to load and reduce the risk of items shifting around!
• To help ease the stress of moving we can leave the Yellow Box(s) at your location for up to 30 days. More than 30 days you will need to see if a permit is required. Yellow Boxes are not intended for long term on site storage.
• If you order more than you need, you pay only for the Yellow Boxes you use during the first 30 days - eliminates guesswork!
• Each Yellow Box has four places to attached straps if needed ( 2 in the front & 2 in the rear).

3) We pick up your Yellow Boxes

• And store in our safe, secure, dry & climate-controlled (50-80 degrees) facility equipped with 24-hour security system, video surveillance, sprinkler system and treated monthly by ORKIN or deliver directly to your next site.
• You will always find our storage center to be kept clean, dry, safe and secure.
• FREE access while in storage. Simply call us with a 24-hour notice of when your needing access and we'll have your specified Yellow Box(s) brought down to our customer viewing area at no charge. Once your Yellow Box is in our viewing area access to your Yellow Box is during regular business hours on that day. This service is available Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.
